The Deputy Minister of Health, MK Yoav Kisch – יואב קיש, visits Galilee Medical Center for a working meeting with general director of the medical center, Prof. Masad Barhoum.

Then, Prof. Barhoum gave MK Kisch a presentation on the medical center and its dramatic transformation to expand services for the residents of northern Israel in recent years.

Senior local government officials, including Shimon Guetta, Head of the Ma’ale Yosef Regional Council, the deputy mayor of Nahariya, Eyal Weiser, and members of councils from various localities in the area also attended today’s meeting.
After the presentation, Prof. Barhoum and members of management, gave him a tour of the fortified emergency room and the underground hospital.
